All owners of property within, or residents of the town, shall immediately register with the Fire Chief if, on their property or on the property on which they reside, there is an underground storage tank for storage of any liquid described in § 93.10 of this chapter. The Fire Chief shall inspect each underground storage tank currently existing or which may be installed in the future on a yearly basis and each person or entity owning property within the town or residing therein shall pay a yearly inspection fee to the city in an amount as stated in § 93.10(B) of this chapter, or to be determined by a later resolution of the Town Council.
