CONNECTIONS TO SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEMS
§ 54.01  COMPLIANCE WITH CONNECTION PROCEDURES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, association or corporation to connect on to any existing sewage disposal system within the limits of the township unless he or she shall file an application and receive approval thereof as hereinafter provided. If after obtaining approval, it shall also be unlawful for any of the aforesaid to maintain a sewage disposal system which is malfunctioning.
