§ 54.06  MALFUNCTIONING SYSTEMS; REPAIRS.
   In the event of a malfunctioning sewage disposal system after approval has been granted to connect on thereto, the person, firm, association or corporation who remains connected on to said sewage disposal system must repair said system so that it will meet all requirements and standards provided by the State Department of Environmental Resources.
