§ 54.03  APPROVAL OF APPLICATIONS.
   The enforcement officer shall approve the application when tests indicate that there is no surface discharge of sewage. The term SEWAGE shall be defined as set forth in the Pennsylvania Sewage Facilities Act (35 P.S. §§ 750.1 et seq.).
