§ 8-3.07 FEES; RECORD.
   The Finance Department shall keep a permanent accurate record of all fees and other moneys collected and received pursuant to the provisions of the Electrical Code and this chapter, the names of the persons upon whose account the same were paid, and the date and amount thereof, together with the permit number.

§ 8-3.08 INSPECTIONS.
   (A)   Required. All electrical systems shall be inspected by the Chief Building Official or his authorized representative to insure compliance with all the requirements of this code. No work shall be concealed until such work shall have been inspected and written approval to proceed has been issued for the same.
   (B)   Notice. The person doing the work authorized by the permit shall notify the administrative authority, orally or in writing, that such work is ready for inspection. Such notification shall be given not less than 24 hours before the work is to be inspected.
   (C)   The person doing the work authorized by the permit shall make sure that the work will meet the requirements of this code before giving such notification.

§ 8-3.10 ABATEMENT OF DANGEROUS CONDITIONS.
   Whenever the administrative authority finds that any construction or work regulated by the Electrical Code is dangerous, unsafe, or a menace to life, health, or property or is in violation of the Electrical Code, the administrative authority shall order any person using or maintaining any such condition, or responsible for the use or maintenance thereof, to repair, alter, change, remove, or demolish the same as may be considered necessary for the proper protection of life, health, or property in case of any electrical service or current-consuming device and may order any person supplying electricity to such service or current-consuming device to discontinue supplying electricity thereto until such service or current-consuming device is made safe to life, health, and property.

§ 8-3.11 SERVICE POLES.
   The installation of service poles shall conform to the requirements set forth by the California Public Utilities Commission.

§ 8-3.13 ENFORCEMENT OF PROVISIONS.
   The Chief Building Official is hereby authorized and directed to enforce and administer all the provisions of this chapter, all the provisions of the Electrical Code, and any other regulations relating to electrical installations which he is directed by proper authority, law, or ordinance to enforce.
