§ 5-1-303. Fire Service Retirement Plan and Police Service Retirement Plan.

A participant in the Fire Service Retirement Plan or the Police Service Retirement Plan may receive transferred service for service transferred from another state or local retirement or pension system only in accordance with § 5-1-304 or § 5-1-305.
