5-2-10: EXEMPTIONS FROM PROVISIONS:
Notwithstanding any provision contained in this Chapter to the contrary, K-9 and guide dogs shall be exempt from the provisions of Sections 5-2-3 and 5-2-5 of this Chapter. (1998 Code)
