Any owner, lessee, agent, tenant or other person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter, upon being found guilty, shall be subject to a fine of not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each violation, or be imprisoned for not to exceed six (6) months, or both such fine and such imprisonment. Each day that any such violation or failure continues shall be considered a separate and distinct offense and shall be punishable as such. (Ord. 243, 6-10-2003)
