Every dwelling unit shall contain a kitchen sink in good repair, free from chips, cracks or other defects which may be a sanitary hazard, and it shall be in working condition, properly connected to a water and sewer system approved by the housing inspector or the building inspector.
Every kitchen sink, lavatory basin and bathtub or shower required under the provisions of this chapter, shall be properly connected with both hot and cold water lines. (Ord. 243, 6-10-2003)
