9-3-13: REFUSE, GARBAGE AND RUBBISH STORAGE REQUIREMENTS:
Every dwelling unit shall have adequate refuse, garbage or rubbish storage facilities provided by the owner of said premises. These facilities shall comply to the health and garbage ordinance 1 . (Ord. 243, 6-10-2003)
