In the event any person attempts to pay the Village of Annawan by the use of check for any Village obligation which is later returned for non-sufficient funds shall be charged by the Village of Annawan a service fee which is set forth in section 1-8-3 of this chapter. The person shall also be responsible for any additional fees incurred by the Village of Annawan for the returned check. (Ord. 374, 3-14-2017)
