9-3-4: DUTIES OF THE INSPECTORS:
The housing, fire or building inspector shall, if required, determine that all requirements of the municipal code are complied with and that the nonowner occupied duplex, rooming house, motel, hotel, apartment house and multiuse dwellings are in full compliance. (Ord. 243, 6-10-2003)
