9-2-2: APPLICATION FOR INSTALLATION:

All applications for the installation of mobile homes shall be filed with the Village Clerk and shall be in writing, shall be signed by the applicant and shall contain the following:

A. Name and address of applicant, and

B. The location and legal description of the property upon which said mobile home is to be installed. (Ord. 118, 6-1-1970)
