8-4-7: NOTICE OF RATES:

A copy of this Chapter, properly certified by the Village Treasurer, shall be filed in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Henry County and shall be deemed notice to all owners of real estate of the charges of the sewerage system of the Village on their properties. (Ord. 163, 4-14-1981)
