8-2-8: ELIMINATION OF EXISTING CROSS-CONNECTIONS:
Within one year from the effective date hereof, all existing cross-connections to the Village water supply systems shall be eliminated. The expenses of such elimination shall be that of the owner of the property on which such cross-connection exists. (Ord. 175, 5-13-1983)
