8-2-4: LOCAL CROSS-CONNECTION CONTROL PROGRAM:
The Village shall develop a comprehensive control program for the elimination and prevention of all cross-connections, and removal of all existing cross-connections and prevention of all future cross-connections. (Ord. 175, 5-13-1983)
