The applicant shall pay for all labor and expenses incurred, including but not limited to, twelve inch (12") stainless steel clamp, compression corporation valve, K copper lines, curb valve and box connected to the water main, curb shutoff valve and other attachments as approved by the Superintendent of the Water Department.
