Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) and not more than the maximum allowed under the general penalty, section 1-4-1 of this Code, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day on which the violation occurs or continues.
