6-4-13: PENALTY:

Any person or business convicted of any offense under this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). A person shall be guilty of a separate offense for each and every day during any portion of which any offense occurs. (Ord. 310, 11-11-2008)
