6-2-9: PENALTY:
Each violation of sections 6-2-3 through 6-2-8 of this chapter shall subject the violator to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each day that a violation occurs shall be considered a separate violation. (Ord. 168, 12-8-1981; amd. 1998 Code)
