.010 Coordinated Program. A coordinated sign program for each mixed use project is required to be submitted to the Planning Department, per the requirements of subsection 18.44.055 (Coordinated Sign Program), prior to the issuance of the first sign permit. A mixed use project may include projecting signs, identifying commercial uses, as part of the coordinated sign program.
