.010 No contribution to a city candidate or controlled committee of such city candidate shall be made, directly or indirectly, by any person in a name other than the name by which such person is identified for legal purposes.
.020 Any candidate or committee that receives a contribution in violation of subsection .010 above shall pay to the General Fund of the City of Anaheim the amount of the contribution. Payment to the City’s General Fund shall be made within sixty (60) days of notification by the City Clerk to the candidate or committee of the violation of subsection.010.
