§ 35.40. FORM OF PLAT: LIMITED REPLAT.
   (A)   Minor limited replat. In the case of a limited replat where not more than two contiguous lots are divided and where not more than three lots or parcels result from their division, a map shall not be required, and the division may be described by metes and bounds. In such case, if the subdivider elects not to submit a map, the information required by § 35.50 shall be typed in black or lettered in black ink on sheets of white paper eight and one-half inches wide and 11 or 14 inches long, with a margin of at least one inch left blank on all four sides. If a map is submitted, the provisions of subsection (B) below shall apply.

   (B)   Other limited replats. In the case of limited replats that do not qualify under subsection (A) above, a map of the proposed plat shall be provided. It shall be drawn in India ink at a scale of one inch to 200 feet, 100 feet, or 50 feet on sheets of tracing cloth, 24 by 36 inches, eight and one-half by 11 inches, or eight and one-half by 14 inches. If 24 by 36 inches, it shall have border lines, as provided in § 35.50. If on eight and one-half by 11 or eight and one-half by 14 inch sheets, a margin of at least one inch shall be left on all four sides.
