§ 25.10. PREPARATION AND SUBMITTAL OF FINAL PLAT.
   (A)   Receipt of a preliminary plat and improvement plans, both of which have been approved by the City Council, shall constitute authorization of the City Council for the subdivider to proceed with staking of streets and roads and preparation of the final plat, which plat shall be prepared by a land surveyor registered in the state, in accordance with §§ 35.10 through 35.70.
   (B)   The final plat and improvement plans shall be submitted to the inspecting officer at least 15 days prior to the date of the Planning Commission meeting at which consideration of said documents is requested. The inspecting officer shall enter the date of receipt on the material submitted.
