§ 35.70. IMPROVEMENT PLANS AND RELATED INFORMATION.
   Where improvements are required for a proposed subdivision, the following documents shall be submitted to the Planning Commission:
   (A)   Detailed construction plans and specifications for water lines, including locations and descriptions of mains, valves, and hydrants;
   (B)   Detailed construction plans, profiles, and specifications for sanitary sewers and storm drainage facilities, including locations and descriptions of pipes, manholes, lift stations, and other facilities;
   (C)   The plan and profile of each proposed street in the subdivision, with grade indicated, drawn to a scale of one inch equals 40 feet or 50 feet horizontal, and one inch equals four feet or five feet vertical, on standard plan and profile sheets. Profiles shall show accurately the profile of the street or alley along the street centerline and location of sidewalks;
   (D)   Street paving plans and specifications; and
   (E)   The estimated cost of:
      (1)   Grading and filling;
      (2)   Storm drainage facilities;
      (3)   Sanitary sewers;
      (4)   Water lines, valves, and fire hydrants;
      (5)   Paving, curbs, gutters, and sidewalks;
      (6)   Street signs; and
      (7)   Any other improvements required by these regulations.
