§ 15.20. SUBMITTAL OF SKETCH PLAT.
   The sketch plat shall be prepared in accordance with §§ 35.10 through 35.70 and submitted to the inspecting officer at least seven days prior to the Planning Commission meeting at which consideration is requested. The inspecting officer shall enter the date of receipt on the plat.
