§ 30.50. BULK AND AREA REGULATIONS IN COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS.
   (A)   Requirements; modifications. Every permitted use in a commercial or industrial district shall be subject to the requirements set forth in this article and to the modifications thereof set forth in §§ 60.01 through 60.90.

   (B)   Yards.
      (1)   Minimum required yards in commercial and industrial districts shall be as set forth in Table 2 of this article.

Note to table:
* Where a lot in a commercial or industrial district abuts property in an R, P, or O district, an interior yard shall not be required on such lot where the adjacent building wall on such lot is of solid masonry, not pierced by a door, window, or air passage.

   (C)   Height. Where a lot in a commercial or industrial district abuts property in an R, P, or O district, no structure on such lot adjacent to such other district shall exceed the height of 25 feet, unless the portions exceeding such height are set back from the interior yard line adjoining such property in the same manner as is provided herein for structures in such R, P, or O district. In the case of a structure abutting on an alley, the setback shall be measured from the alley line.
