A. In addition to the grounds provided in Section 8 of this chapter, a Short-Term Rental Unit license may be suspended or revoked for any of the grounds for denial set forth in Title 4; Chapter 1 of this Code.
B. Procedures for investigation of license violations and for suspension, revocation or other licensing sanctions as a result of any such violation shall be as provided in Title 4, Chapter 1, Section 9 of this Code.
C. Failure of a Short-Term Rental Unit Licensee, Online Travel Company Facilitator, Lessor, or Facilitator, as defined in Section 4-22-1, to adhere to the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a civil penalty of up to one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) per violation per day.
