12-2-11: LIMITATION ON FINAL PLAT APPROVAL:

The city or county shall not issue a building permit until the final plat is recorded. If the final plat has not been recorded within the time stipulated in section 12-2-10 of this chapter, final plat approval shall become void. (Ord. 6104, 12-18-1996)
