Upon a change of location of a massage establishment, a new application shall be made to the Director for an Alhambra massage establishment registry pursuant to the requirements of § 9.44.060 prior to commencing operation at the new location. The application shall be granted, provided all applicable provisions of this chapter and Title XXIII are complied with, and a change of location fee in an amount established by City Council resolution to defray the costs of investigation and report has been paid to the city. A new location shall be subject to an inspection under § 9.44.140 before a new registry will be issued.
