The investigating and enforcing personnel, including but not limited to the Alhambra Police Department; Los Angeles County Health Department; or the city’s Community Development Director, Code Enforcement, or Building and Safety officials, or their designees, shall have the right to enter the premises from time to time during regular business hours for the purpose of making reasonable inspections or with a valid inspection warrant and/or search warrant issued by the superior court to observe and enforce compliance with building, fire, electrical, plumbing or health regulations, and to enforce compliance with applicable regulations, laws, and statutes, and with the provisions of this chapter.
