§ 7.04.060 PENALTY; VIOLATIONS.

   (A)   Unless a different penalty is provided for in this Chapter 7.04, any person violating any provision of the ACO is guilty of an infraction as provided for in § 1.12.011 of Chapter 1.12 of this Code.

   (B)   Any person violating any of the following ACO Sections, or violating any of the ACO Chapters or provisions referenced in the following ACO Sections, is guilty of a misdemeanor that is punishable as provided for in § 1.12.010 of Chapter 1.12 of the Alhambra Municipal Code:
