§ 7.04.030 AMENDMENTS PERTAINING TO CATS AND DOGS.
   (A)   ACO Sections 10.12.180, 10.12.190, 10.20.020, 10.20.030, 10.20.040, 10.20.180, and 10.20.190 are amended in part to exempt cats from the ACO’s cat licensing requirements and its enforcement. All other provisions in ACO Sections 10.12.180, 10.12.190, 10.20.020, 10.20.030, 10.20.040, 10.20.180, and 10.20.190 will remain the same.
   (B)   ACO Section 10.20.350 “A” is amended to require the spay and neuter of dogs at six months instead of four months to read as follows:
      “A.   No person may own, keep, or harbor a dog over the age of six months in violation of this section. An owner or custodian of an unaltered dog must have the dog spayed or neutered or obtain an unaltered dog license in accordance with Section 10.20.355.”
