1-13-1: FISCAL YEAR OF CITY:
The fiscal year of the City shall commence on January 1 and shall end on December 31 of each year. (Ord. 32/2019, 4-1-2019)
1-13-2: OFFICIAL TIME:
The official time of the City shall be the same as established by the State by statute, and all business, elections and activities of the City shall be conducted upon such time, and where any provision of this Code specifically states the hours for the operation of any business licensed by the City, such hours shall be reckoned, governed and regulated by such time. (1969 Code)
