WARDS

1-12-1:   Wards Designated

1-12-1: WARDS DESIGNATED:

The city shall be hereafter divided into and composed of four (4) wards, the territory to be included in each of the same to be as follows:

   Ward 1: That part of the city lying north of the centerline of East Main Street and east of the centerline of College Avenue.

   Ward 2: That part of the city lying south of the centerline of East Main Street and east of the centerline of College Avenue to the point where College Avenue intersects S.E. 12th Street, and also all parts of the city lying south of said point and east of the centerline of the road or highway now designated as Illinois State Route 94.

   Ward 3: That part of the city lying south of the centerline of West Main Street and west of the centerline of South College Avenue to the point where College Avenue intersects S.W. 12th Street, and also all parts of the city lying south of said point and west of the centerline of the road or highway now designated as Illinois State Route 94.

   Ward 4: That part of the city lying north of the centerline of West Main Street and west of the centerline of North College Avenue. (Ord. 6/60, 1-16-1961)
