The City hereby adopts as its official Seal of the City of Alamo, a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Secretary and made a part hereof for all purposes. The City designates the Seal as a proprietary interest of the City and establishes the same to be used for official purposes of the City. The Seal may be used by individuals other than City officials and employees of the City only by the expressed written permission of the Board of Commissioners. (Ord. 05-16-95, 5-16-1995)
