No trailer camp license granted under § 151.01 nor individual house trailer residential occupancy permit granted pursuant to §§ 151.03 and 151.04 shall be in lieu of any building permit, improvement location (zoning) permit or any other license or permit which may be required under applicable laws and ordinances. However, if the town should hereafter adopt any zoning ordinance which regulates individual house trailers and requires an improvement location permit to establish same for residential occupancy in accordance with standards prescribed or accepted by the town, the improvement location permit shall be sufficient in lieu of the permit required by § 151.03 and the provisions of §§ 151.03 and 151.04 shall not apply in such instance.
