§ 151.04 REQUIREMENTS FOR INDIVIDUAL HOUSE TRAILER PERMIT.
   (A)   Submission and approval of location plans. No permit shall be issued to any person to locate a house trailer on any property in the town for the purpose of residing therein unless and until the applicant for the permit shall file concurrently with his or her application a drawing or plat clearly indicating where the applicant proposes to locate any house trailer upon any lot, plot, tract or parcel of real estate in the town and showing the location of adjacent property lines, alleys, public ways and thoroughfares. The drawing and proposed house trailer location shall be subject to inspection, examination and approval by the Town Council. The drawing shall be permanently filed with the application for the permit, and the permit may be revoked in the event that the applicant changes the location of any house trailer without the filing of another drawing and without the permission of the Town Council to change the location.

   (B)   Utility and sanitary connections. No permit shall be issued to any person to locate a house trailer on any property in the town for the purpose of residing therein unless and until the applicant for the permit shall have installed or caused to be connected to the house trailer sanitary running water facilities and sanitary toilet facilities.
