The Council, after inspection of the application and determination that the same meets all proper sanitary and area requirements, may issue a license for the operation of the camp for a period of one year, from January 1 to December 31 of each year, upon payment of a license fee of $5. The license may be revoked in the event the camp fails to meet the sanitary conditions as now or hereafter prescribed by ordinance of the town or for any other reason which is deemed by the Town Council to constitute a nuisance.
