§ 151.03 INDIVIDUAL PERMIT REQUIRED FOR RESIDENTIAL OCCUPANCY OF HOUSE TRAILERS LOCATED OUTSIDE OF LICENSED FACILITIES; PERMIT FEE.
   Except as provided by § 151.05, it shall be unlawful for any person to park, or permit to be parked, within the town any house trailer occupied as a residence for a period of more than five days, other than in a regularly licensed trailer camp which has been licensed by the town pursuant to § 151.01 or which is subject to state or county licensure as described by § 151.02(A) or (B), without first having obtained a permit therefor from the Town Clerk-Treasurer. A nonrefundable permit application fee of $5 shall be paid to the town when the permit is applied for.
