Requirements for town licensure of trailer camps under § 151.01 do not apply to the following facilities:
(A) A mobile home park (as defined by I.C. 16-41-27-5) containing five or more mobile home spaces and subject to licensure and regulation by the State Board of Health under I.C. 16-41-27-18; or
(B) A mobile home park or other group of mobile homes containing four or fewer mobile home spaces if it is subject to licensure and regulation by the County Board of Health pursuant to I.C. 16-41-27-32 and appropriate county ordinances and rules.
