(a) General Standards
Table 50-1 provides the development standards for the Mixed Use District.

A. Minimum Project Size, GLA | 10,000 sf |

F. Minimum Floor Area Ratio (FAR) | 0.45 FAR for mixed use (4 stories), 0.35 for single use residential (2 stories), and 0.25 for single use commercial (2 stories). FAR will be subject to meeting parking and landscaping standards. |
