(a) Appendix A: Regulation of Uses by Zone District of this Zoning Code primarily permits Low Density residential uses and the hangars associated with the Airport Park including but not limited to the following:
• General Manufacturing of aircraft and aircraft parts
• Aircraft painting
• Parts Assembly
• Aircraft restoration
• Aviation-related hardware stores
• Other accessory, conditionally permitted, and temporary uses as indicated in Appendix A
(b) Uses listed as conditionally permitted uses are subject to the review requirements and conditions contained in Chapter 17.130 of this Zoning Code. Temporary uses are subject to the review requirements and conditions contained in Chapter 17.155. Also, certain other uses such as antennas may be subject to Special Use Standards outlined in Chapter 17.80, subject to the special height limitations contained in Table 22-1, Section 17.22.040(a).
