   (a)   General Standards
      Table 22-1 provides the development standards for the Airport Park District.

   (b)   Airport Park Special Standards
      1.   All development within the Airport Park District, unless otherwise specified in this section, shall be in accordance with Chapter 14.36 Development Impact Fees, or its successor, of the Municipal Code.
      2.   Once a building permit is issued, one 8' x 8' x 40' storage container is permitted per parcel, but must be painted to match the primary structure once completed, placed in the rear of the property, and also screened by drought tolerant vegetation.
      3.   In order to limit glare and light pollution, all lights except lights related to airport operations, shall be full cut-off fixtures, such that light is directed downward and no light is emitted above the horizontal plane of the bottom of the fixture, and light shall also be directed so as to not cause glare on adjacent properties.
