(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) A violation of § 99.01 of this chapter shall subject the dog’s owner to liability for a citation and fine of $25.

(C) A violation of § 99.02 of this chapter shall subject the owner of the animal to liability for a citation and fine of $25 for each violation up to and including three violations within a calendar year. Any dog owner being cited for more than three violations of § 99.02 of this chapter in any one calendar year shall be liable for a fine of up to $75 for any additional violations during that calendar year.
