§ 96.02 DECLARATION OF NUISANCE OUTSIDE LAWFULLY OPERATED SCRAPYARDS, SALVAGERS AND JUNKYARDS.
   Because of the danger to health from vermin, insects and rodents, and because of the danger to the safety of children, all abandoned motor vehicles or unregistered motor vehicles are hereby declared to be a nuisance, except as otherwise provided in § 96.03 of this chapter.
