§ 96.99 PENALTY.

In addition to remedies provided herein, any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of an ordinance violation and, upon conviction, shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $250. Each day a violation is allowed to continue constitutes a separate and distinct offense.
