§ 30.04 FIRE CHIEF.
   (A)   The Chief of the Fire Department shall be responsible for the efficiency and discipline of the Fire Department.

   (B)   The Fire Chief shall be appointed by the Town Manager, subject to the approval of the Board of Commissioners, and shall have general control of the Fire Department, its personnel, apparatus and fire alarm system, subject to the supervision of the Town Manager.
