Any dog used by a law enforcement agency in the investigation of crimes or as otherwise necessary in the enforcement of the law is excluded from requirements of this chapter with the exception that they are regulated by the provisions of §§ 91.30 through 91.39 and §§ 91.50 through 91.56 of this chapter.
