§ 91.39 FAILURE TO SURRENDER ANIMAL FOR QUARANTINE OR DESTRUCTION.

It shall be unlawful for any person to fail or refuse to surrender any animal for quarantine or destruction as required in this subchapter, when demand is made therefore by the Animal Control Program.
